Simply ring 01661 520269 to arrange an appointment.  If were busy treating then simply leave a message and we promise to call you back within the same day.  We really value your custom and will ensure we get you booked as soon as possible.  Alternatively complete our on-line booking and you will be able to see our appointment options.

If you have any reports or scans which are relevant to your condition then please bring them with you.  If it’s a lower limb problem then please bring shorts or something similar that you feel comfortable in.  Similarly for ladies with a neck or shoulder problems, you may want to bring a vest top.

Yes, we have the flexibility in our booking systems to ensure you can receive exactly the same treatment at home as you would in clinic.  Simply give us a ring.

Yes, we are registered with all major insurance providers.  Simply ring your provider and obtain an authorisation number and get in contact with us.  If you don’t have any private medical cover then you can simply pay for treatment,  

There are various options available.  Northumberland Physiotherapy accept Cash, cheques, Credit and Debit card payments or direct bank transfers.

Northumberland Physiotherapy operate a 24 hours cancellation policy.  If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice of the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the original cost of the appointment.
